When performing works at these facilities, special attention was paid to the quality and timing, because the residential buildings are part of one modern, architectural design, the line of which is maintained throughout the avenue, which is one of the major roads of the capital.
The specialists of our company faced a difficult task — to maintain the style, while combining all the requirements of a comfortable life — two-level parking for residents, landscaping, as well as built-in floors that are designed for offices, shops and other administrative premises.
At this facility, our company carried out works on the construction of a monolithic reinforced concrete frame. Its characteristic feature was the simultaneous construction of all 5 sections. The combined operation of tower cranes was used, work was carried out around the clock. When performing concrete works, advanced Peri formwork systems were used, such as MAXIMO wall formwork, RAPID columns, and SKAIDEK floor covering.
