Our company was engaged in the construction of 8 urban villas out of 11, and namely No. 3.4, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7, 3.8, 3.9, 3.10 and 3.11. We have done a lot of work in each of them, starting from the construction of houses and ending with the finishing of common areas, balconies and terraces.
Urban villas are low-rise single-entry houses with beautiful terraces and "French" window.
Each apartment has 2 types of balconies: open and closed. The open balconies are equipped with flower beds made of stainless steel, which is resistant to weather changes and will always have a presentable appearance.
The following works were completed by the time of commissioning in each apartment: rough finishing works (plastered walls, screed on the concrete floor, electrical, low-current and sanitary systems were installed).
