Task
The center of the multifunctional complex composition will be a high-rise building with a height of more than 187 meters. And since the building will become the tallest building in Belarus, its foundation must meet all the required standards.
Our team was faced with the task of concreting a monolithic foundation slab, which has no analogues in the whole country.
Implementation
При производстве работ по армированию фундаментной плиты была организована круглосуточная работа и задействовано порядка 150 человек в сутки. Основное армирование производится арматурой диаметром 40 мм при помощи муфтовых соединений, расчетная нагрузка на бетон должна составлять примерно 70 кН, что превышает в 2,5 раза нагрузку для среднестатистического монолитного здания. Бетонирование производилось в течение трех суток беспрерывной работы специальным самоуплотняющимся бетоном, который не требует вибрирования и специально разработан для данной конструкции, при помощи автобетононасосов в количестве 10-ти штук.
Peculiarities
The casting of the monolithic slab was to continue non-stop for 60 hours. Concrete delivery was carried out around the clock and it took more than 100 concrete trucks and 10 concrete pumps. And thanks to well-coordinated work and well-organized processes, the time of the concrete monolithic slab pouring was reduced by almost 2 times. We managed this task in 42 hours of continuous work.
