"Porsche" Dealership

Today we want to tell you about a project, which is already at the final stage. It is "Porsche" Dealership, with Stroitegia being the general contractor.

The facility is a two-story frame building with a spacious parking lot, an exhibition hall (showroom), a service station, a car wash, toilet facilities, administrative and technical premises, and the total area of the building is 4,382.0 sq.m.

Since the commencement of construction, we have told you about the construction processes and now it is time to announce that the date of acceptance of the "Porsche" Dealership by the employer is nearing.

This project is truly unique and exclusive for our country, the building was designed on the basis of the new brand book of the official car manufacturer. Facades, all finishing materials, compact furniture, fine lamps and decorative elements were predominantly custom-made in Germany, which makes our facility unique.

In addition to finishing work, our team has performed a full range of construction works: site preparation, the pit excavation, the installation of the out-door plumbing system, the concrete casting of monolithic foundation, the erection of the building frame from monolithic reinforced concrete structures, the installation of the facade metal frame structure, shell and core fit-out and landscaping, installation of service station equipment, etc.

Participating in the implementation of such a modern project, our company applied new methods and techniques of construction. And the high qualification of specialists of different levels (engineering and technical personnel, workers, etc.) allowed us to effectively carry out all works in the construction of this facility. This is an invaluable experience for many Stroitegia employees. We are proud of the result of our work, as we have managed to effectively comply with the assigned tasks on time!
