Concreted foundation monolithic slab of the multifunctional complex "Gazprom Center"

For Stroitegia, the construction of the multifunctional complex "Gazprom Center" is one of the key projects in its portfolio. We are immensely proud of what we have accomplished and would like to share with you a video report on how the Stroitegia team went through this difficult, but very interesting path.

We were faced with a serious and responsible task to make concreting of a foundation monolithic slab, which has no analogues in the whole country. This is a landmark stage of the project, without which further construction of the entire complex would have been impossible.

Recall that at the end of summer 2020, our team was faced with the task of creating a monolithic slab for a building with a height of 189 m and a total area of about 63 thousand square meters, and the volume of the foundation itself was 9 000 m³. And in fact, this future building will be the office of the Gazprom company. After 42 hours of continuous colossal work, we had to further carry out measures for the care of the concrete monolithic slab, as well as for the reinforcement and concreting of load-bearing vertical reinforced concrete structures at an elevation of -9.450 (level -2 floors) and work on the reinforcement and concreting of load-bearing horizontal reinforced concrete structures of the floor slab at the level of -5,550.
