Building "Lillehammer" in the "Minsk World" multifaceted residential complex

Probably, virtually everyone is aware of the existence of one of the largest multifaceted residential complexes in our country – "Minsk World". There, the Stroitegia team is involved in the construction of the building "Lillehammer" as the general contractor.

The facility is a 25-storey frame-monolithic residential building with 250 open-plan apartments, ready for the new dwellers in the near future. Upon the construction completion, the facade of the building will be painted in brown colors and shades with bronze tint coating of panoramic windows.

Since the building with this type of development is not the first in the Stroitegia's portfolio, the processes are well established. Looking back, from the work commencement date, our team has excavated a pit of 10,000 cu.m with sand backfilling with layer-by-layer compaction of 8,000 cu.m, the reinforcement has been completed and the foundation slab has been cast. 

The construction of monolithic frame structures for the building is still in progress, and currently, the "Lillehammer" is 9-floor high. Also, the formwork of the floor slabs of the 9th floor is being installed and the walls of the 10th floor are being reinforced to be subsequently embedded in concrete.
