Electrical foreman / foremaster (Luban)

min 2,000 BYN before taxes

Required job experience: 3 to 6 years

Location: Luban

 

Primary duties:

• Organization of electrical fitting works in a manufacturing facility;

• Execution of works according to the project and work schedule;

• project reading and analysis;

• work progress planning;

• deployment of work crews;

• work scope and quality control;

• man-hour accounting;

• submission of applications for purchase of materials;

• submission of applications for purchase of equipment;

• submission of applications for specialists;

• maintenance of as-built documents;

• presentation of work to the customer;

• dealing with engineering and author's supervision. 

Requirements:

• Industry-specific higher vocational training / vocational school or college;

• Training certificate;

• Knowledge of construction process and electric installation practice.

 Arrangements:

•  Employer-provided accommodation;

• Work shifts 15/15 (shift option is discussed with the site manager and depends on the applicant's place of residence);

• Employment with a stable company (principal contractor);

• Official employment;

• Performance-based pay; a fixed amount is established for the probation period.
